I BECAME A TEACHER TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Use the language of Virtue to transform the learning and behaviour in your classroom
"COURTESY. CO-OPERATION. RESPECT"

Are you a Principal, Vice Principal or member of the Character Education Committee?

We offer free consultations on bringing The Virtues Project™ customized, interactive trainings to your Staff or Parent Councils. We look forward to the possibility of working together with you and your school.

Fees: These trainings could be for as little as 1- 2 hours after school or a longer session during a Professional Development Day. The fee for 1.5 hours is $300; for a half-day workshop--such as the one we offered last August to Huntley Centennial Public School-the fee is $500.

Objective: Familiarize school staff and / or parents with the five simple strategies and materials of The Virtues Project. The beauty of this approach is that teachers can use it without having to change their existing curriculum. As you start to use this approach, and the language of acknowledgment and appreciation in all your relationships, you will notice benefits to student success and self-esteem, school spirit, job satisfaction, and staff morale. You can expect to see compassion and confidence replacing bullying behaviours. You can hope for more tolerance and integrity in your school culture. We are also available to do presentations to Parent Councils, like the one we offered recently at Glashan Public School.
